The JLRA Community Chat application has been developed for use by Master Technicians to develop a database of common knowledge, concerns, tips and tricks. The application allows the ability to tailor the information supplied to specific areas both the business, as well as, vehicle systems and areas of concern. Predictive text functionality reduces the search time of common concerns and trending areas from 15, down to 1 minute.
